All orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We accept returns on all items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original, unused condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached).
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process your return.
In Original Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging, if possible, to ensure it is protected during transit.
